Nikola Tesla Facts

Nikola Tesla Facts

Did you know that Nikola Tesla, an eccentric but brilliant innovator, was responsible for the development of the alternating current (AC) system that we use in our households today.

Interestingly Edison was steadfast on having direct current (DC) be declared the standard but was later to concede that he was wrong about this & that AC was in fact the correct choice.

Amongst his many innovations & inventions, Tesla dedicated much of his time & ingenuity to developing a system that could generate free electricity using the electromagnetic waves in radiant energy.

Lack of funding prevented him from developing this concept on a large scale although he was able to create a device that could fit into a suitcase.

His findings have since been developed & refined into a product, the Tesla Secret , that can be used in households around the world to generate free electricity.

Although not as well known as Einstein, Edison & other famous scientists & inventors, Tesla was hugely influential in shaping the technology found in today’s world.

  2. Tesla’s tireless quest for technological innovation was responsible for radio, radar, the induction motor, the Tesla coil, alternating current dynamos, arc light systems, electric vehicles & transmission lines that all contribute to a better life in this modern era.
  3. The unfinished (due to funding having been pulled by JP Morgan – see below) Wardenclyffe Tower on Long Island is testament to Tesla’s vision of wireless communications, energy transfer & the creation of free energy.
  4. His discoveries related to Radiant Energy only came about with his experiments regarding the existence of electromagnetic waves in the atmosphere which he continued to research for the next 3 years resulting in his paper “The Dissipation of Electricity” in 1892.
  5. Feuding with two other visionaries of his time, Marconi & Edison, cost him winning a Noble Prize
  6. Tesla registered around 300 patents during his time which was only matched by the likes of Edison – the fact that his papers were classified by the FBI only added to the man’s status.
  7. Tesla’s invention of the Polyphase AC generator became the industry standard & surpassed Thomas Edison’s use of DC generators.
  8. Tesla noticed a strange phenomena which was a dramatic elevation in static electrical potential when current started moving along a wire, which other scientists just viewed as a nuisance, & viewed this phenomena as a powerful & unknown form of energy which needed to be understood & harnessed for use.
  9. This enormous discovery was something that he wanted to share for the benefit of everyone & he was excited as to how this discovery could be applied to practical applications of radiant energy that were so wide reaching that they could have created a profound impact on the globe & mankind in practically every sector of daily life.
  10. He proclaimed that unlimited electricity could be produced anywhere merely by pushing a rod into the ground & turning on electrical appliances…
  11. The tragedy of his discovery is that if Tesla been allowed to complete his commercial development of Radiant Energy 100 years ago this technology could have been refined & developed on a massive scale if the powerful barons of industry at the time, chiefly in the person of John Pierpont Morgan, had not colluded to deny him the financial backing he needed.
  12. The effect of their actions was that mankind was denied one of Nature’s most abundant and inexhaustible gifts of free energy.
  13. Another hurdle to developing this discovery & in particular the Wardenclyffe transmitter, despite his excitement of implementing his plan for the commercial application of Radiant energy, was that the required funding from JP Morgan was not forthcoming which further denied the world the fruits of his research
  14. Rumour had it that Morgan only pulled the funding when he discovered that Tesla intended the Wardenclyffe transmitter to supply free electricity to everyone however it was more about the tough economic conditions prevailing at the time.
  15. Tesla became deep in debt & was forced to sign over the deeds of the Wardenclyffe transmitter which was broken up & sold as scrap
  16. Undeterred Tesla continued to research his understanding of radiant energy & refine the equipment needed to produce electricity & was able to reduce the size of it down to a suitcase.
  17. It’s remarkable to think what this man achieved without support from other scientists or financial backers & to think what could have been achieved if this had been developed properly 100 years ago.

Despite the history of this discovery of Radiant Energy, until recently his invention had not been exploited as it was not fully understood as to how to harness the energy in his design.

Scientists have recently been able to put his design into practice & have actually been able to use this technology & reduce it into a step-by-step plan on creating a device to harness free electricity.

The new owners of this plan, had decided to purchase it as an experiment…

…their key criteria was

  • Energy Production
  • Simplicity
  • Cheap Startup
  • Value for Money

For the plan to be viable it had to meet each of the criteria above otherwise it would not appeal to the average household owner.

After testing the device, the owners were pleasantly surprised to find that the technology evidently does work & it would be possible to get any user up & running in just a few hours.

Other criteria that the product had to fulfill was;

  • Massive Energy Savings – at least 80% electricity saving
  • Fast and Easy Setup – in only a few hours, even for novices
  • Affordable Set-Up Cost

…and again the product was found to fulfill these criteria.
